Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

The service provided significantly deviates from the agreed-upon scope or timeline.

A technical or administrative error occurred in billing or service allocation.

The service was canceled by the company due to unforeseen reasons before execution.

Refund Process:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to srs.4roy@gmail.com within 7 days of the service start date.

The refund request should include the service details, the nature of the complaint, and any supporting documents.

Our management team will review the request and respond within 10 working days.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
